About the Apprenticeship

Programme length: 6 years
Applications open: February
Programme starts: September (university induction the following January)

Land Buyers and Land Managers help us source prime land in the right locations and negotiate with sellers to get the best possible deal. Our programme here will give you the experience, training and support you need to excel in these roles. From the land appraisal and bid process to purchasing, planning application and pre-start on site, you’ll work with Sales, Technical and Commercial colleagues – as well as local communities and councils – to ensure developments are not just financially viable but also sustainable and have a positive long-term impact.

Exploring new territories

You’ll learn about best practice, regulation and everything an exceptional Real Estate professional needs to master. By the time you’ve completed the programme, we hope you’ll be successfully purchasing new land. Your degree will equip you with the latest information about property development and planning, valuation and portfolio investment, as well as helping you develop those all-important people and management skills.

Locations

Our apprentices are based all over mainland Britain, but locations of roles will vary each year.
