What we do

Our Sales & Marketing teams look after our customers and help them make one of the most important decisions of their life. Our Marketing team create exciting campaigns that get the word out about the business and help us grow. Our Sales team support clients through their home buying journey and personalisation of their new home, ensure we find the perfect home to fit their needs, proactively support the customers journey and provide advice and product expertise to ensure the client finds their perfect home.

Some of the team work on-site in the sales office. Others support from the head office. But they’re all here to make sure customers get what they need and find their perfect home.

Who we look for

To join our Sales teams, you need to be an enthusiastic people person; someone who can connect with our customers and understand their needs before matching them to their new home.  You’ll have clear targets to meet so you’ll need plenty of drive and ambition too. In Marketing, on the other hand, we look for people who can think creatively – about how to find new customers; how to engage with them most effectively; and how to demonstrate Barratt’s quality in a highly competitive market.
