Our Construction teams are front and centre when it comes to building our quality homes. They turn our Technical teams’ ideas into reality and manage some of the most complex and challenging projects around. Our site management teams work with sub-contractors to ensure every building stage is completed to the highest standard as efficiently as possible. Customer care isn’t over once the tools go down, though, our site team is on hand for the first 20 weeks to make sure customers are 100% happy with their home.
And all of this is completed with health and safety at the forefront of what they do.
The variety of work means no two days are ever the same. You’ll need to be a people person who thrives when building relationships with both customers and trades. If you’re a natural problem solver who always finds the unexpected exciting and aims to think one step ahead, this is the workplace for you.
Being on-site can be extremely fast-paced so you’ll also need to be someone who is confident making the right decisions under pressure. You’ll lead larger and larger teams as you progress, and we’ll make sure you’re always supported. We look for strong leaders who can keep people motivated and projects on time and to budget.
