This week, we’re excited to introduce our newest cohorts of Trade Apprentices and ASPIRE Graduates into the business.
Trade Apprentices: Over the next 18 months our Trade Apprentices will be mastering their craft at college and on-site, working towards becoming ‘Level 2 Certified’ in Bricklaying or Site Carpentry. Additional cohorts of apprentices will be starting across September and October.
ASPIRE Graduates: Our graduates will spend two years on the programme, developing their leadership skills and business knowledge through tailored professional development, departmental rotations, and mentorship from senior leaders.
