Over the past year, we’ve brought together managers from across the UK to spend two days at our ‘Management Development Offer’. 

The three-part programme involves 21-hours of interactive learning. Where delegates focus on building self-awareness and practical management skills such as effective communication, team motivation and handling important conversations.  

Attendees rated their experience 9.3/10 and gave an average score of 9.7/10 on a likelihood-to-recommend to a colleague.  

We are proud to share that half of our people managers have already completed the programme and we’re on track to deliver to all managers by November 2024.
