We are committed to investing in our people and supporting continuous growth. This year, we introduced a range of learning opportunities—from face-to-face sessions and online webinars to self-led learning—ensuring everyone has access to the tools they need to develop.
Over the past three months, our Learning & Development team has delivered seven ‘Navigating Change’ courses, helping 500 colleagues understand and embrace change, develop a forward-thinking mindset, and build resilience. The training sessions resulted in an 17% increase in confidence to navigate change effectively.
Now, we’re shifting our focus to ‘Enhancing Collaboration’—exploring how to build the ‘mindset, heartset, and skillset’ for effective teamwork, foster workplace collaboration with intention, and apply practical tools for better cross-department working.
