During Black History Month, we celebrated the remarkable contributions, achievements, resilience, and rich cultural heritage of Black communities worldwide. It is also a time to acknowledge the past and for us all to continue to work towards shaping more inclusive communities.
In celebration, Mosaic, our employee network for colleagues from ethnically diverse backgrounds and their allies, hosted an ‘Identi-tea and Chat’ session, centred on this year’s theme, #ReclaimingNarratives.
The event brought together colleagues, including Bukky Bird as the Executive Sponsor of Mosaic, to explore topics such as identity, history, misconceptions, allyship, and how we can better support the Black community at Barratt Redrow.
